Penthouse terrace

 

   The owner of this penthouse enjoys the terrace all year round. She contacted us because she felt it was possible to get more out of this space and that it could look even nicer. We visited her property to get to know her tastes and needs, see the area she wanted us to work on and take all the necessary measurements. The proposal - which has to maintain the pavement, wall finishing, awnings and a big part of the furniture - eliminates all non-essential items, harmonizes the style and material of flowerpots, changes the colour of the walls and incorporates a storage cupboard and new plants. In order to hide the border between adjacent terraces, a trellis of horizontal lines broken down by cubicles created for planting herbs, was placed on one of the walls. The plants have to bring colour to the terrace, as well as withstand the weather conditions and direct sun exposure.
