Enhancement of the Martiánez area - Puerto de la Cruz

 

    Proposal submitted by Centro de Iniciativas Turísticas de Puerto de la Cruz  (CIT) to enhance two spaces at the Martiánez area which were in an unattractive state. The idea was to build a garden in these spaces with endemic plants as a projection of the vegetation found on the Martiánez hillside. This ephemeral plan would end when these spaces were intended for a definitive use or installation. Due to the economic situation and the temporary nature of the proposal, the main premise of the design had to involve minimum implementation costs for the Council.

   The proposal has motivated recent actions in these spaces.
